Lithium is hosted by Pegmatite bearing country rocks, which could be Granites and/or Greenstones, as witnessed in the current operating Lithium mines in the country.
The Gold claims which cover an area of circa 200 hectares are within the Harare Greenstone belt, where Pegmatite occurrences with potential Lithium mineralization have been mapped. The potential for Lithium bearing Pegmatites on the claims is high, considering that they are located outside the Arcturus Mine mining lease, where the potential for Lithium has been explored to fruition.
Detailed prospecting is required to unveil the Lithium potential on the claims.
